Common Questions

Everything You Need To Know

Clear answers to the most common questions about the Freelance Visa.

Can I sponsor my family with this visa? +

Yes, immediately. Once you receive your Emirates ID, you can sponsor your spouse, children, and parents. We assist with the family sponsorship process as well.

Do I need a NOC from my current employer? +

No. Unlike some other permits, our Mainland Dubai Freelance Visa does NOT require a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your previous or current employer.

Is this a Free Zone or Mainland visa? +

This is a Mainland Dubai Residency. This gives you distinct advantages: you can open a bank account with any local bank, rent property anywhere, and work with mainland companies without restrictions.

Are there any hidden monthly fees? +

None. The price you see (e.g., AED 7,500) is a one-time payment covering the full 2-year period. There are no monthly salary transfers or hidden subscription costs.

Can I work for multiple clients? +

Absolutely. You are your own sponsor. You can legally work for multiple companies, local or international, and issue invoices under your name.
