Medical Fitness Certificate

Sponsor's Documents
Valid UAE residence visa, passport copy, and Emirates ID.
Salary Certificate
Minimum salary requirement: AED 4,000 (for spouse) or AED 5,000 (for spouse + children).
Tenancy Contract (Ejari)
Valid Ejari-registered tenancy contract showing adequate accommodation.
Marriage Certificate (Attested)
For sponsoring spouse - must be attested by MOFA and UAE Embassy.
Birth Certificates (Attested)
For sponsoring children - must be attested by MOFA and UAE Embassy.
Passport Copies
Valid passports of all family members to be sponsored (minimum 6 months validity).
Passport-Sized Photographs
6 recent color photographs per family member (white background, 35mm x 45mm).
Medical Fitness Test
All family members must complete medical screening at approved centers in UAE.
Entry Permit
Applied through ICP system by the sponsor.
