  3. Replace the Placeholders:
    • Replace <Mobile Number> with the 10-digit Etisalat number you want to send credit to (e.g., 0501234567).
    • Replace <Amount> with the amount in AED you wish to send (e.g., 5, 10, 20).
  4. Press Call: Once you’ve entered the command, press the call button.
  5. Confirm the Transfer: You will receive a pop-up message asking you to confirm the transaction. Reply with 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel.

After you confirm, the balance will be transferred instantly, and both you and the recipient will receive an SMS notification confirming the transaction.

  • Service Fee: A transaction fee of 5.25% (including 5% VAT) is deducted from your own balance for every successful transfer. For example, if you send AED 10, a fee of AED 0.525 will be charged, so a total of AED 10.525 will be deducted from your account.
  • Who Can Use It: This service is available for all Etisalat prepaid (Wasel) customers. Postpaid customers cannot send credit but can receive it.
  • Transfer Limits: There is a limit on how much you can send. You can make up to 20 transfers per day, with a maximum total amount of AED 150 per day. The maximum amount per single transaction is also AED 150.
